It really depends on your budget – if you can afford it, definitely hire someone good to help you out. Otherwise, there are plenty of things you can do yourself. It depends on the season really. Recently I have been pretty busy, so I had about 12 project running at the same time, all pretty big. Normally it is about 5 or 6 active project. Thanks for your question!
